Inno Metal was created from the merger of two family businesses: Inno Metaal and Koridon Industrial Sheet Metal Processing. Together, we stand for more than 60 years of experience in sheet and metal processing, engineering and assembly.
With over 150 employees and a modern organisation, we focus on innovation, quality and delivery reliability. Our strength lies in craftsmanship, thinking along with our customers, clear communication and a flexible, personal approach.

Modern machinery
We have an extremely modern machine park with high-quality punch and laser cutting machines, press brakes, tig/mig (robot) welding equipment, spot welding & laser welding equipment, a Haeger press and drum, brush and wide belt deburring machines. Thanks to this top-of-the-line machine park, we work with high accuracy and efficiency. Adaptation of automation is currently our biggest innovation driver.
Customers come to us with complex projects, because we know how to link our knowledge and high-quality production technologies in the right way.

We continuously invest in our people and our machinery. Developments in production technology are moving at a rapid pace. We respond to these trends by investing in automated solutions; an approach that requires a blend of craftsmanship and expertise in control systems. We make time for education and training, enabling us to fully leverage our skilled workforce within a state-of-the-art production environment.
By increasingly adopting automation — such as autonomous laser cutters and cobots integrated with several press brakes — we safeguard production continuity, thereby ensuring reliable delivery and consistently high product standards.

We expect the same from our colleagues and the stakeholders with whom we collaborate. As part of this ESG policy, we have established a Supplier Code of Conduct; this outlines how we expect our suppliers to conduct business and act in accordance with our ESG policy. This code covers ethics and integrity, data privacy and security, inclusion and diversity, employment, working conditions and human rights, well-being, health and safety, and environmental sustainability.

Inno Metal is ISO 9001 certified since 2015. By implementing an ISO 9001-compatibel management system, we warrant the quality of our organisation, which contributes to product quality.
Inno Metal is also ISO 14001 certified. We are able to prevent and mitigate environmental risks. Secondly, we are pro-actively working on environmetal goals with our key suppliers and customers.
