Can I go to both Eindhoven and Zaandam for my sheet metal - is there a difference between the two locations?

Indeed, our sheet metal activities take place at both locations. The basics are the same, but there are also some differences. The most obvious differences:

Eindhoven:

  • Bigger than Zaandam - the production location in Eindhoven is larger and has a wider variety of machines and processing techniques
  • Welding - Inno Eindhoven has a large welding department and 2 Trumpf welding robot cells
  • Vertical integration - Inno Eindhoven offers machining, assembly and assembly, from connecting 2 separate metal parts to assembling complex electro-mechanical assemblies.
  • Repeat orders - In Eindhoven, we are set up for repeat orders from customers where we deliver the same products for years. In addition, we also provide services such as product tracing, labeling, QC, testing, documentation and complex packaging
  • Medtech - Eindhoven has developed into a specialist in supplying parts to the MedTech sector

Zaandam:

  • Flexibility - Inno Zaandam sails sharply to the wind and plays short on the ball. We switch quickly to get the wide variety of products to the customer quickly and efficiently
  • STAINLESS STEEL - Inno Zaandam is a specialist in customized stainless steel. With a broad customer base in machine building for food processing and packaging, Inno Zaandam has developed into a company with a great deal of knowledge in stainless steel processing
  • High mix - low volume - In Zaandam, we often do smaller volumes. We love customers with a fixed portfolio, but are also well equipped for one-off projects and changes in product mix

Is Inno Metal the same as Koridon?

Yes!

In 2023, Koridon Zaandam was acquired by Inno Group. This guarantees Koridon's continuity for the future. From 2023, Inno Metaal and Koridon will be gradually integrated. The brand name change is part of that. From 2025, Koridon and Inno Metaal will operate jointly under the Inno Metal brand. 1 brand, 2 locations, 1 common standard.

I want support with my design, do you also offer design services?

We are not a design and engineering firm, but we do employ engineers and draftsmen. Our added value lies in the technical knowledge that we are happy to use for our customers. That is why we are often involved in the development phase of products, or in improvement processes. Our engineers are deployed in 3 areas:

DfX (Design for Excellence)

DfA (Design for Assembly)

DfM (Design for Manufacturing)

Our knowledge of production thus flows back into the design optimization of the customer's products.
