Assembly = customization

Assembly is usually customized on behalf of the customer. We have an experienced team of employees, with whom we can fully assemble your product according to your wishes. Is your product more suitable for assembly in production cells or production lines? The choice is yours!

Meet a unique department: our internal tooling station. Here we create special tooling for any project. This can be a welding template, but also a special mobile stand for an ideal flow in your product's production line.

Traceability and stock-keeping are other issues. We offer you the possibility to mark your components in various ways, in order to make them optimally traceable in your further production process. We also have an automated inventory system; if you wish, we keep a stock of your components.

The production of assembled products and modules often includes special packaging to deliver the products in good condition. Sheet metal processing

Inno Metal specialises in fine sheet metal products with high accuracies. We have almost all sheet metal processing options in-house. We also have our own tooling shop and a separate workshop for assembly. We offer our customers the option of high mix - low volume production, but we also have the capacity to work in larger series at a good cost. For operations that we do not have in-house, we have a network of partners in the region with whom we have been working for decades; they are an extension of our company.

Welding

Inno Metal is ISO3834 certified and employs experienced professional welders. TIG welding is a specialty, including finishing, such as belt grinding, of the product. Making a good weld requires skill, experience and a clear drawing. To do this, it is important to indicate in the drawing which positions and how to weld. You must also indicate how the weld should be further finished, so that we can take this into account in our work. Machining

In addition to sheet metal work and assembly, Inno Metal has in-house machining. This is not a main activity, but we do offer this service to our customers with more complex metal assembly needs. As a result, your product can simply be placed in 1 order, with 1 supplier. Our machining capacity is mainly used on medium to large products, in small to medium series. For the large series, we have very reliable and knowledgeable partners in the region where we can possibly outsource the machining.

Assembly

Inno Metal has extensive experience in mechanical assembly. You can purchase your product completely glued, sealed and assembled from Inno. We have a separate department for less complex assembly and packaging. We also offer more extensive service for the assembly of more complex mechatronic modules and complete machines. So you can come to us for your individual parts, but you can also scale up to higher levels of product composition.

Laser welding

Laser welding is gaining popularity. The advantages of laser welding include excellent speed and efficiency, high weld quality, and a smooth finish. Laser welding is ideal for welding larger series where consistent quality and finish are essential. We have extensive experience in laser welding and have two TruLaser Weld 5000 cells in our facility. Combined with our own tooling shop, we can offer you a highly efficient solution for your larger series with high welding precision.
