After a lot of hard work in May and June we finally have our new Amada Bending Cell operational. Thank you Amada Team - Marc Geurts & Zef Wetsels - and Inno team for all the hard work!

The Bending Cell can work fully autonomously. It is excellent in performing the bending of larger quantities of sheet metal parts of 1 type. Operators usually find this repetitive type of work less inspiring.

With a robot arm on a rail track, loading, unloading and placing of metal parts is fully automatic. The center contains a tool change station with automatic tool selection and change-over.

This is our second automated bending cell, the other one being a smaller type, for bending jobs of small work pieces.
