We are looking for a new employee/star for the position of:
Punch-Laser operator
Do you enjoy working with high-tech machines? Do you have an eye for quality and a sense of technology? Then this is your chance.
As a punch-laser operator, you are at the start of our production process. You work with ultra-modern machines and ensure that every product gets off to a good start right away. You switch quickly, work independently and contribute visibly to our success.
What you will do:
You operate several machines independently: the punching machine and one of the most modern laser cutting machines in The Netherlands. You can also take up other activities if necessary. Your responsibilities:
· With work preparation colleagues, you confirm which CNC program is required. You program that yourself.
· You make sheet metal products by setting and adjusting the machines.
· You carry out quality controls and ensure that everything flows smoothly into the next operation.
· You actively contribute ideas about improvements in quality, products and processes.
· You maintain the machines and solve minor faults independently.

What do you bring?
We think motivation is more important than diplomas, but this does help:
· You have an affinity for technology and metal.
· You would like to learn and grow in this profession.
· You can read technical drawings and work with measuring instruments.
· You are willing to work in two shifts.
· You speak and write Dutch well.
· An MBO degree in metalworking or mechanical engineering is a bonus.
· Prefer to learn in the workplace? A BBL process can be discussed.
